Doug Hutchens

As a Blue Grass Boy: Doug Hutchens was the Blue Grass Boys' regular bassist during the summer of 1971, and occasionally filled in on banjo during that time. He remained close with Bill Monroe after leaving the band, organizing several birthday tributes to Bill.
